Membership Form

Alumni Membership  Receive school newsletters, invitations to events and other relevant information so you can stay current with all that's going on at CHUMS.  Share an award, celebration, graduation, an accomplishment, wedding, club activity, etc.  Please fill out the membership form and mail or fax it back to us.

GET INVOLVED!

Adopt A Student  The "Adopt A Student" program offers scholarships to families requiring assistance .  The scholarship fund is open all year and completely supported by generous donations by alumni, school families, church and community members. 

Make a contribution  Our Greenback Fund helps us raise money that will directly benefit the children.  We use it to purchase new equipment, make innovative improvements and it gives us the ability to provide the best environment to facilitate our children's education.  The fund is open all year.

Volunteers Needed  Volunteers are always needed from helping in the office to teaching a short lesson on an area of expertise.  Our students and staff will appreciate your help and involvement.
